I just wanted to give all my friends the heads up to not got to Danny’s Family Car Wash in Gilbert on San Tan Village Parkway and Market Street or any Danny’s Family Car Wash for that matter. While having my car on Thursday May 16th for a full detail, they lost my 3rd row car mat for my van (to replace the mat costs $258.65). The manager there has refused to replace it and now the corporate office and their complaints department tell me there is nothing they can do for me. They have refused to accept responsibility for a mistake that has been made on their part. While talking the issue over with the manager the following day he even hung up on me. When you drop your car off for a full detail don’t you expect to get it back better than you left it? I sure did and have been sorely disappointed.
It has been very frustrating! I would highly recommend taking your car somewhere else from now on, there is a (((competitor's name redacted))) just a mile away that does a great job.
