I was fooled to buy this car which isnt worth 22,500 - this car is suppose to be value at $17000 due to not alot features compare to other Chryler 200 has more features including navagation.
This dealer refused to lower the price and fix the payment after I learned this car is overcharge for this car. I asked to negoigate for $18500 instead charge from $22500 and they wont give me lesser to get $4000 rebate from $18500 value for this car.
I went back there 3 times to complained that I was upset cuz they said wont take it back when they wont change the price after I realized its not right price compare to kelly blue book. I asked wheres the oringal feature list that has a sticker on the window. They wont answer my question and never show me the list before I purchase.
I felt that i was being a discrimation for lack of commuication and rip off to a deaf person. General manager offered to change interest rate - but i told him that I am not happy with this car cuz the price is not fair price compare to i had a jeep patriot which its same price to current new car! :(

That's a lie! I have all written down agreement on papers that I could only affordable up to $18K and then you had another person to sit down and only fix $500 off from $22,00 to $21,500 - to make me a fool to see the payment alittle lower than I expected .. I am upset right now cuz this car is a brand new and now the transmission is no good. I had to give up my time off to get this car to check with warranty and see whats going on with this brand new car with bad transmission etc.. Also you lied to me for saying will not need to pay the tax again in AZ if give me the maryland tag so I wouldnt need to worry to pay another tax again but you force me to stay with my old address which its not legally living at that address in MD and I am legally living in Arizona. That is WRONG! You still rip me off again because the value of car is not worth $22,000 i dont have much features as that car .. I didnt get the right car enginge i asked for V6 enginge and found out this car has i4 which I wanted v6 enginge and theres no GPS in my car- therefore i see by kelly blue book its $17, 000 value wihtout all of features like i have this rip off car by you.

You weren't ripped off because you are deaf. You weren't even overcharged because you were deaf..in fact you weren't even overchaged at all.
When you agreed to buy the car you agreed to pay 22,500 and that is what they charged you. If you were so concerned about the "Blue Book" value of the car..YOU should have researched the price before you bought the car. Beleive it or not the job of a Salesman is to sell the car for as much as they could get. If they could have sold it to you for $250,000 they would have.
So what would you do if they came back to you a couple of days later and said.."Whoops we made a mistake and the car was actually supposed to be $25,000". I know what you wouldn't do..you wouldn't pay them any more money. Well it works both ways. Once you signed on the dotted line for $22,500 that is the price you pay.
If they are willing to give you a lower interest rate you should seriously consider taking them up on this offer. BUT..and this is a big BUT. Before you sign anything make sure that they don't pull any "tricks" such as adding on additional items or changing any of the prices. If you are worried about you not being able to catch this..bring someone along with you.
