When the car was picked up originally, it had a bill of lading, which documented any damage to the car. When it arrived, you should've gotten a copy of the paperwork. If there was any damage not noted on the BOL, then they are responsible. Turn it in to your insurance company - they will fix your car and go after Dependable Auto Shippers for payment.
