Dash Lock and Key Inferior quality Middletown NY
I paid this place approx $150 for a remote entry key fob that broke apart in less than 4 months. Although they claim to use only the highest quality material, and claim to care about their customer base, they refused to replace it without another $45.
At first I was told the owner could not be reached. After pressing the issue, he was contacted by his staff who relayed his selfish decision to me. I provided all required proofs of purchase.
