Data Resource Consulting, Inc DRCI ripoff work at home ripoff -can't reach them for a refund, dishonest company, poor communication Clearwater, United States Clearwater Florida
I ordered 40 "interest specific" leads for $150 for my business from Data Resource Consulting, Inc on July 22, 2004. I received 10 of them on July 30, 2004. I didn't complain about not recieving lead purchase until Sept. 9, 2004 after receiving email after email giving different reasons for not delivering my leads.
On Sept 9th, I emailed Robert C. and let him know that I could no longer wait, and that I wanted a refund. He offered me non-specific leads that I didn't want, I ordered interest specificleads for my business. I told him I wanted to get my money back and that I would like it to be a smooth transaction. I am going on 3 months since I purchased leads from this company, the last contact I had with him was on Sept 15, 2004. I have tried to reach him by phone and his mailbox is full and he isn't responding back to email.
The last email I have from him, he said "I cannot authorize a FULL refund since you were delivered 10 leads on 7/30/04. I have to look into something on our policy, but if a refund is issued, it would only be for $120 for the 40 leads you have not received yet. I will look into this and get back to you." I have not heard back from him and I emailed him Sept 21st and he still has not responded or called me.
When I ordered from this company, I expected them to be timely in their delivery. I would not recommend this Data Resource Consulting, Inc to anyone, the only reason I went with them to begin with is because I had heard of them being well publicized. Now you can't even get to their website to get in contact with someone else.
