Don’t be scammed by this dating site. I found what I though was a lovely Asian female on another dating site and when I asked her for contact info, she said the only way we can message each other is through DateML.com. She said all the chat apps such as Line, Messenger, Skype, and WhatsApp are blocked in China. I don’t think that’s entirely true but I don’t live in China so I went along with it. However WeChat works in China but conveniently enough she said we have to know each other for many months before she feels comfortable enough to give me her WeChat.
Ok, so I message her on DateML and surely enough, you have to pay for a $25 subscription in order to send more than 5 messages. As soon as I joined DateML, 3 extremely beautiful girls messaged me right away. I’m a below average looking guy and this has never happened to me before in any other dating site. This should have raised some red flags for me but I was just to delighted to have all these beautiful (but fake) women jumping on my lap to notice.
Things didn’t really get fishy until girl #1 ask me to buy her some flowers. I said I don’t know how to buy flowers for someone in China but conveniently enough, the Dateml website sells them for outrageous prices ranging from $100 to $300+. To get the flowers first you have to by some coins. Then use those coins to order the flowers. I did that and the site did not even ask me where to ship the flowers too. What website in the world do you order flowers and it does not ask for shipping info? Where are they going to send it to? Are they even really gonna send it? Conveniently enough, without asking, she tells me that a friend told her that customer service will ask her for her address. What are the odds of her friend giving her the answer to my question before I even ask it?
Then girl #2 asked me to buy her chocolate from DateML. After spending a couple hundred bucks on girl #2, I wanted to save some money and order from somewhere else. She was adamant about ordering from DateML and these chocolate also cost several hundred dollars $$$. Now I’m pretty sure the girl is getting some kind of cutback or commission for the flower and chocolate that I order. Or the girls are really employees of DateML hired to post face profile pics and pose as the girl in the fake photos.
At this point, I’m very suspicious so I asked each girl (in separate private chats of course), for a video chat so she can prove that she is the girl shown in the profile picture. They both give lame reasons why they can’t do it. One said that relationships are built on trust and doing a video call shows that I don’t trust them. The other said that she needed more time for our relationship to grow first before she can commit to a video call. So I asked each girl to do a selfie while holding a sheet of paper with my name on it. One said that I won’t trust her even after doing that so it was pointless for her to take a selfie. That did not make any sense to me, why would I not trust a selfie of her holding a card with my name on it. In fact that would be proof that she is the girl on the profile picture. The other girl said that I don’t trust her and she said she has to stopped talking to me because asking her to talk a selfie for me shows a complete lack of trust.
DateML.com has nothing but fake profile of girls on it. Can tell because all of them are extremely beautiful and highly photoshopped. 95% of them have don’t basic info filled out about them such as country, race, age, or a short about me section. The location of most of the profiles are listed as “Global Village” which means somewhere on this globe, but we don’t know which country.
I reached out to another girl and she responded to me saying the only reason she is on DateML is to talk to her boyfriend. WTF? Why would a girl sign up to a dating site to talk to her boyfriend? Dating sites are for single people to meet other people. Not for couples to talk to each other. This was another red flag that I missed at the time.

DateML.com changed their URL to http://aymatch.com. It is still the exact same website as before but with different name and different logo.
