Received notice from BBB of Ohio that Dave Walter has not responded any replies. (this does not surprise me) I then contact Ohio Attorney Generals Office in Columbus Ohio and was told Ohio is a "Buyer Beware" state. which means exactly as it says. They do not have a three day right of refusal or should I say the ability to cancel a contract within three days as alot of states do and beware what you buy because if you buy it, it's yours etc. I could not file a claim in reference to the issues with my vehicle but I could file a claim against the items that were supposed to be in/with my vehicle that I did not receive. Which I have done, now time will tell what if anything comes from this.
