I was awarded a $30k judgement against David back in Aug 2018. He has quite the record. He attempted to contact me back in Nov 2018 but I couldn’t respond. He has had several othe companies called Empire Pools, Nuage construction and just recently opened up a new company call M&D Boring services listing a Katy,Texas address.
