Davidson Properties is a company that will invent ways to NOT give your tenant's their deposit back. Jeff Davidson and his staff provide horrible customer service and I would never recommend anyone ever rent from them. We lost over $2,000 in dealing with their extorsion schemes. First they forced us into a year long extension knowing we were buying a home - they did this so they could forced us to pay their re-leaseing fee of $1700!
Most of which they pocket. Finally, they created ways to retain our deposit. $20 charge for garbage. $25 for a wasp nest. $10 to TEST the smoke alarms - and don't forget nearly $1,000 for touch up paint. Jeff Davidson and Davidson Properties are not to be trusted and make a living off of your deposit money and create ways to hide behind legal documents and property code. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!
