Davis Family Transport Michelle Davis Had no valid insurance while transporting their customers vehicle Loxahatchee, Florida

On 11/23/11 Davis Family Transport, Inc was traveling in front of me on the FL Turnpike. A wheel flew off their trailer and hit my vehicle at 65 MPH causing considerable damage to the entire right side of my vehicle. They were transporting a vehicle for one of their paying customers. To date, neither my insurance company, AllState, nor I have been reimbursed by this company for the damage they caused.
Per multiple conversations with the owner, Michelle Davis, "she will pay, she recognizes it was their fault and it is lucky no one was killed". Yes indeed, Ms. Davis, very lucky. Instead of just the pending legal action that AllState is pursuing against you to reclaim the cost of repair and the $500 deductible I had to pay due to your neglience, not to mention the time off from work, loss of use of my vehicle and general nusiance and inconvenience I encountered due to your neglience, you would be facing homicide charges. This notice is to alert your prospective clients that you transport their valuable merchandise without insurance as required by FL law. I will also be reporting this to the interstate commerce commission.
