After paying all his rent and cleaning the house spotless your realtor friend Rustie Ames screwed this family out of $1100.00 dollarsby not returning thier last months rent and security deposit This family has a 5 year old boy in hospice from brain cancer. Google..5 year old with a DIPG brain tumor cross city....
Let us explain .
After renting the home for 10 months and always paying their rent they had paid the March rent in the beginning of the month.
When the child was in school,the family receives a call that he is not feeling well and he was brought to the hospital,at that point the parents where told that he has DIPG of which their are no survivors to date at said the child has about 12 months.
Within a few days the parents where told about a possible trial going on in Denver they quit their jobs packed drove out there to seek treatment.
Family and friends came together in South Florida drove up to the house packed their belongings put it into storage and cleaned the house,thoroughly.
Now even though they paid March rent and left in the middle of the month,Rustie and Deen have refused to return their last months rent and security.
If they only rented the house from them as agents we would not blame them,but they are the managers of the house for the landlord and conduct the business for that home as if it where theirs.
We have spoken to the owner himself Mr Donnell Bond and Lisa Bond up in Anchorage Alaska and he also stated he did not want to keep their money.
So in my opinion the their business practices do not seem honest and trustworthy.

Wow,,,Now we have seen everything!!!
Lancaster Realty and Rustie Ames has hired an attorney and sent a cease and desist letter to the Grandparents of the sick child!!
They have just blindly sent this letter out to the address the family has given to them to send the refund check .
They will not succeed!!
They people have a right to speak out and especially when they state in the letter that "Ms Ames is waiting on further instructions from the owner as to the last month's rent and the remaining balance of the Security Deposit"
Ms Ames and Deen Lancaster Realty are not telling the truth,,they are the managing agents of the property all checks where made payable to Deen Lancaster Realty they have the say in this matter .
They were not "just the Brokers" they are the managing agents and handle all aspects of theproperty.
As far as law the are in violation of Florida law which States monies given as Security must be settled within 30 days,,in this letter they sate "Ms Ames is waiting on further instructions from the owner as to the last months rent an the remaining balance of the Security Deposit"
Over 4 months this family has been waiting!!
