DealDash was founded four years ago with a commitment to providing customers with a fair and honest bidding experience. We currently provide service to over 1.5 million registered users, and are the longest running auction site of our kind in the United States!
Our company does not make any intentional efforts to mislead customers or provide them with fake information. However, like all companies run by real people, we do make mistakes from time to time. This can result in some of the things you describe, such as receiving tardy customer service, but this does not equate with any fraudulent activity on our part. Our entire staff works lengthy hours to provide customers with the best service possible, and many of our customer support specialists spent time away from their loved ones in order to provide customers with the assistance they required.
When users purchase items from our website, we order these products from one of the suppliers in our network, who in turn ships it out within an agreed upon time frame. In the event this cannot be done within our specified time frame, we offer users substitute items of equal or greater value, and in some situations a gift card covering the value of the item. Our shipping policies and procedures are fully disclosed to all customers in our website's Terms of use, and all customers read and agree to abide by these terms when they register for their account. Customers are provided with reference numbers for all of their orders, but these reference numbers cannot be used to track shipments through their respective carriers; the reference numbers are used to allow customers to identify specific orders to our staff, and we have never made claims to the contrary. I also apologize for the poor customer service you experienced, but we have since implemented new measures to improve our customer support protocols. We have cleared a backlog of customer queries, and our customer support team is currently able to respond to all messages within 24 hours. All orders placed with us are now shipped out faster than ever before, and customers are also provided with tracking information for their shipments right in their dashboards, in addition to reference numbers for their orders with our company.
