Here is my story: I placed my order on 8/15/09 and my debit card was immediately charged in the amount of $191.97. 3 weeks later and no order, I called Robert Jones and he said item was on back order and should be in any day. As I am a very patient man, I waited another 3 weeks, with several emails back and forth between me and Robert. I told them to cancel order in October. He sent back email telling me to send him order info and he would cancel. NO REFUND as of December. My credit card company would not reverse in January 2010 since the order was placed in August 2009. I filed an online complaint with the CA Attorney General's Office. They sent me a letter saying if they get enough complaints they will investigate them. They also sent him a letter telling him they received a complaint from me. He responded to them, that he had canceled the order and refunded my money and they sent me a copy of his response. He then sent me an email saying he had submitted the refund and I should have it in 3 to 7 days. That was Jan 27, 2010. Today is February 12th and the last email from them said to send them my credit card number again and that posting bad reviews would only make things worse. Worse for him, not me, he already has my money! I have also filed an online complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. The more they get, the better chance he has of getting put out of business. Their MO is to keep you hanging on until you pass the time you can get the credit card company to reverse the credit.
