i have read your complaint. you did call here on april 3rd. you were given instructions on how to cancel. if we cancel a contract over the phone and the customer then has a claim. we would have no way of showing that the consumer asked to be canceled. anyway, i am using your complaint as your cancel request. you will receive a pro rated refund within the next 10 days. if you have any questions please call me 908-489-4054. sincerely, michael shaftel
