I recieved an email from DealZingo.com, in regards to the promotions they have and a way to get a free Samsung 6 cell phone. I was skeptical and I knew that the phone would not be free, but I went to the site to read the small print and find out what had to be done to obtain the cell phone.
I read through all of the terms and conditions as well as their privacy policy and all rules and regulations that pertained to the offer. The promotion consisted of having to complete a number of offers in the required amount of time in order to claim the prize.
On 01/08/2016, I registered on the site and started fullfilling the offer obligations. I needed to complete 2-Bronze, 3-Silver, and 5-Gold offers. As I completed each offer I took a screenshot photo of the offer completion. I successfully completed all 10 offers by 01/15/2016. The website, however, was claiming that I had only completed 3 out of the 10 offers, making it impossible for me to claim my prize.
I sent a message to them via their online contact form AND through my email, which took them days to respond to. When I finally got a response they simply said their team had looked into it and I had not completed enough offers to claim my prize. I quickly sent them another email on 02/28/2016, stating that I had completed the required offers and that I had all of the proof from my bank statements, and email confirmations from the companies that provded each offer.
We are now going into May and I have yet to get a response back from their customer service department. I read EVERYTHING that I had to do in order to complete these offers, so I wouldn't have to deal with anything like this, but here I am. I want the company to give me the prize that I signed up for! I did everything I was supposed to do on my end... Now they need to do theirs!
