While deciding between two online stores to purchase my adult toy; DearLady (AKA Westmarket) offered a two business day shipping option for an additional cost of 15.95 and an additional 1.50 for express service.
I ordered my product on Wednesday and the checkout site noted that I would be in receipt of the item by Friday (hence the two business days). Friday and Saturday and Monday came and went...no product. I followed the online link provided by the store to track the package and it noted the product was slated for delivery Tuesday; almost a week after I had ordered it.
In total I paid 18.50 (including tax) to have my product in two business days, and proceeded to contact the store directly at 216-325-1101, opt 0 and spoke to a nice lady who informed me that I didn't read the shipping information carefully enough that it takes about 2 days for the warehouse to process the order then two business days for it to be shipped.
I informed her this was not reflected on the website in any sort of clear manner and requested a resolution of either a refund of my 18.50 or a credit in the same amount to use towards another product. I was told I could refuse the delivery and they would refund my money entirely, but they didn't refund shipping costs.
I insisted she check with a manager and she assured me she would; I have no hopes of regaining my 18.50 but be aware this companies shipping policies/notices are inaccurate and misleading.

Order arrived in our processing facility on 9/25/2014. Order was shipped on 9/26/2014 with FedEx tracking number 117596315365297. Order was delivered at 4:21 pm on 9/30/2014. Why because 9/26/2014 was a Friday and your package is slated to be delivered in two business days and seeing that it was delivered on Tuesday it appears we kept our delivery commitment!

We tried to explain where to find this information to customer and she refused to listen!
