Debt Mediation Services John Cage Cindy White Claiming to have bought a debt from some loan agency for pay day loan service over 7 or 8 years ago, but not stating from who. Jacksonville Florida
Some one kept calling me constanly, telling me a legal letter couldn't be delivered to my house because of address mix up. So I asked who is the debt from? They said they buy a lot of debts from different companies; pay day loans, private loans, etc.
The told me it could be back as far a s 8 or 9 years ago. Said I could make payment arrangements or my wages would be garnished. They tried to make a deal, if your want to pay in full we will drop all the interest. Something just didn't sit right to me, so I did a little investigating on my own.
