I placed an order with DecorMyEyes at the end of May for 2 pairs of Diesel sunglasses (total of $269.88). UPS emailed me saying that they shipped the glasses, however I never received anything, nor was their any notification on the door that they attempted delivery. I advised Stanley who then put a claim in with UPS. After a week of not hearing from him, I then put a dispute in with AMEX for the charge. I also contacted UPS who advised that the claim was already closed and items reported lost. I advised him that I wanted to cancel the order. Sure enough I got a response from him complaining about the dispute I put in with AMEX and that he was charged $35 for it. This is where his true colors came shinig through. The threats of taking me to civil court (which he has supposedly filed a claim), that I coersed him into shipping to an unsafe address and accusations that someone at that address "stole" them, are just a few of his derogatory comments.

I have been going back and forth with him for a month now just to try to cancel the order. He calls my place of business leaving completely uncalled for messages. He also calls my cell phone at night and I even got a call over the weekend. Forget about the number of emails, which I have saved to prove his lack of customer service if I ever needed to. All he seems to be concerned about is his loss in this whole deal. Meanwhile, he apparently doesnt recall one of his emails stating that he was reimbursed $100 from UPS and already made a profit of $80 from my order.

I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau and a mediator will be contacting him shortly. The dispute with AMEX for his charge still remains and will not be removed. He should NOT get away with all of the aggravation he has put me and many other consumers through.

I admit, I should have done my homework on this company (if you can call it that), but there's no reason for him to be able to harrass others in the future. So as a work of advice, DO NOT use his website!!!
