I could not believe when I found this site and found almost the EXACT same story as mine!! I placed an order with this terrible company and was charged on my credit card for the order of 2 pairs of sunglasses. Automatic company email stated they would ship and provide a tracking number within 72 hours. Naturally, my busy life kept me from actually timing this 72 hours and it was 5 days (business days) later when I actually realised that I hadn't received shipping info from them. I email them and received an email stating they were being shipped, there was a small problem with finding the 2nd pair I had ordered but they would get it out in the next 24 hours. Fast forward a week..still no contact. Finally, I email them and demand someone contact me by phone. "Stanley" contacts me and brews up some extravagant story about how he sold me the sunglasses as such a good price, he wasn't making any money on them and that they didn't have them in stock so he was looking for another supplier to buy them from. No word for another 48 hours. I emailed them again. This time, in a email to me, "Stanley" states that he was sorry that the 2nd pair of sunglasses were "scratched" so he didn't feel comfortable sending them my way. Wasn't this the pair he had just told me were not in stock? Lies. So then I email them (always me initiating contact) and request they send me the one pair they do have in stock. This is now 3 weeks from the date of order. The next day I get an email confirming my request and stating they would be shipped that day with a tracking # to follow. The next day I again email requesting tracking #. Receive email back the day after that (now 3 days from when they stated they would ship) stating they would get the tracking # to me ASAP. The next day I demand tracking # and state if the glasses were not shipped, to cancel my order. Email back states glasses have been shipped. Still no tracking number. Email next day for tracking # and get email back stating they have refunded my account and no glasses shipped.

Phoned customer service to be greated by terribly rude girl transferred to another terribly rude girl who informed me they had nothing more to do with me as they had refunded my money (not yet credited to my credit card though). I then demanded the name of her supervisor and she stumbled and said "uh...Bob" and then she went on to clarify that any letter of complaint send would "just be deleted anyway" and told me "look, just do what you want and send your letter or whatever to whoever you want, it won't matter cause no one will read it". That was the end of the conversation and I have yet to see my refund.
