Dear Editor:

I spent around $800 for a new computer, monitor and a printer almost 3 months back. I received the computer and monitor but not the printer. Dell advised me to check the status with a chat agent. I did for 4 agonizing times (easy 30min to an hour) to get this simple thing moving. Everytime they promised that a printer has been air freighted for next day delivery.

It's been three months and still nothing showed up. They initially compensated by giving coupons for the first two failures. They are reluctant to give any contact information that I could use direct like a manager or some responsible person if any in that company that would get this moving but in vain. If somebody could help me with this I would be grateful to you. This might be just a tip off an iceberg for poor customers trying to deal with an irresponsible company like dell.
