Deluxe Hire Duluxe Hire ruined my 50th Birthday Party, Ms Bebe only wants to take your money and has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not order with this company, the website is misleading. London United Kingdom internet
I found Deluxe Hire online and the website looked great. I had chosen this company as they had the glass hire I needed for my drinks and ice -cream. I ordered and paid for the glasses well in advance, as I wanted to make sure that my 50th birthday 1920's themed party would run smoothly.
The goods should have arrived on the 6th June as my party was on the 7th in the evening, and they were being delivered to a wine bar in London. It got to about 10pm on the 6th and they had not been delivered, so I called a mobile number which was on the website. Ms Bebe answered the phone and said, " the diver had issues and could not deliver,” I then said why have I not received a call and she told me to get over myself and not to worry they will be delived tomorrow. I had asked her send the driver in the morning, as the wine bar was busy at lunchtime.
The driver arrived right in the middle of lunchtime and expected the staff to unload his van even though I paid for delivery. On unpacking the glasses I realised that they were all incorrectly sized and not what I had ordered at all. The ice-cream glasses did not arrive and quite a bit of the order was not there.
I called Ms Bebe and she told me that I could use the incorrect glasses or not she didn't care and the ice-cream glasses would arrive later. The Ice-cream glasses never arrived. I called Ms Bebe again and told her, she said that they came from somewhere else and if I wanted to chase them to Google and find them. I had no idea of who to search for as she gave me no contact. I had ordered and paid though Deluxe Hire it was up to tem to chase whomever!
Ms Bebe said she would call me back on the 7th June at 6pm as I had called her about five times, she never once returned a call and gave me the most ridiculous of excuses. I then realised that this was no professional company. I have received NO call over the weekend. I have just called her to tell her not to collect the glasses until I get a refund for the goods that I did not receive. Ms Bebe has just screamed at me down the phone, and told me I will sue your arse and charge you daily interest B*TCH.
I think that people should know what type of company this is as the website is so misleading and the worst ever customer service. Please think twice before ordering from duluxehire.co.uk

This customer's order was delivered. Report is certainly malicious.
The below are some of our business references. I value my clients too much to scream or name call. I simply woundn't have a business if i did. We are DeluxeHire and we work with the best.
