Do no use this company! I filled in a form to reserve glassware for my wedding. I sent numerous emails to ensure everything was ok. Dating back as far as 3 months I I would get email responses every few weeks, if that, by Bebe whose emails contained typos and were very aggressive.
I called 10 days before my wedding to finally try to set in a date to see the goods I was hiring (I had been trying for a month) only to be told they no longer had them and to be sworn at over the phone by Bebe! To be sworn at my a business owner is unbelievable.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will let you down.

DeluxeHire provides services for private and corporate clients, photographers, hotels, production and television companies across the UK. We successfully deliver hundreds of orders to various events every year. Clients who seek high-end deluxe products to create unique, memorable and successful events come to us. Our customer base is strong. We stock over 2000 products from major suppliers in the hospitality and events industry. And those are some of the reasons why we remain in business today despite all the many challenges the business has faced.
Additionally, in 2013, we took the extraordinary step of instating a minimum order value of £120.00 including vat, simply because our business was overwhelmed with demand - that shows confidence.
The nature of catering and event equipment hire is inherently complex (it just is!) In the industry, 95% of customers orders return with losses, damages or breakages. We're talking about goods such as glassware, cutlery, crockery etc. It is not inconceivable that glassware or crockery might break or some cutlery ending up in bins, etc. At DeluxeHire, it is rear that we cancel an order but occasionally it happens, when a customer fails to return their complete order. When that happens, we take responsibility and work closely with the customer - should they wish - to find a solution. Our close links with other hire companies ensure that there is absolutely no reason to disappoint anyone.

Here is how the order process works.
If a client requires a Full Quotation, we ask that they order it online.
Doing it online ensures that customers themselves provide all the information necessary to process their order correctly. This includes delivery date, actual event date and collection date. Courier method and any other information necessary.
Once Full Quotation request is received, we process it according to the information provided and send back to the customer to look at. There is no obligation to proceed on both sides.
The Full Quotation stock is then reserved or 48 hours only and thereafter, returned to stock and made available to other customers who wish to hire them.
This reporter has indicated that she reserved an order for 3 months, that would be impossible as we generally delete Full Quotations after 7 days if a customer does not express a wish to proceed further. A Full Quotation is not an order until full payment has been received.
