Complaint Review: DeMarco REI - 1500 JFK Blvd Ste. 222 Pennsylvania

How much help do you really want? Let's consider some issues: most importantly, your was either in foreclosure or about to be foreclosed on when you contacted or were contacted by Demarco rei. That means you were not paying your mortgage and the sheriff would ultimately come evict you so that you house could be sold to satisfy the outstanding debts on your home, ie, 1st mortgage, 2nd mortgage, home equity loans etc. Your home was then purchased by a straw buyer and your outstanding debts which were in arrears were satisfied. You currently remain in your home I take it and haven't paid a nickel toward and debts/ rents in years. The deed to the straw buyers, I'm sure, was voided by the court because the sale was consummated fraudently. The new mortgage that the straw buyer unknowingly obtained in his/her name was most likely voided as well.

Demarco and his cohorts sit in federal prison awaiting trial for a slew of white collar crimes. He will most likely send the next decade or two of his life in prison. So what, then, is to be done with the innocent homeowner begging fr more and more assistance ? What do you want? Your equity was not stolen because you remain the owner of the home because any new deeds and mortgages were obtained by wy of fraud. The banks that funded these deals are the ones left holding the bag. Many of the banks involved in these transactions are in bankruptcy due to the implosion of the housing market.

What is fair? Certainy it is not fair to allow a reason who was previously in foreclosure to be given their home free and clear for falling victim (and I think the homeowners do possess some fault for the happening of these transactions - simply speaking, obviously Demarco is not a charity, so you think someone would ask, how can he afford these seemingly worthless deals. Something doesn't smell right) to this scam.

Should the homeowner be placed back in the same position they previously were in and would have continued in should these frauds not occurred? That sounds a bit fairer. Treat them as if the whole mess never happened - reinstate the old loans and deeds,and they go right back into the same position they were before picking up the phone to speak with Demarco that day.

The other question? What has the homeowner done to change their position over the last several years? My guess based upon the tone of the above posts - nothing. The homeowner is sitting and waiting for someone else to come and bail them out. At who's cost? Your looking to the federal govt fir help, that means the cost will be borne upon taxpayers. You can't get a loan now for the same reason you.couldnt pay your mortgage then. You're a risk investment and no bank will voluntarily step up and give you money. I think that we should let the markets play out as they would have without interference by fraudsters. As sad as that sounds, it's only fair. The housing market must correct itself. Think of all of the people that have been thrown out of their homes years ago because they were foreclosed on, why should Demarco victims be treated any different. If you think about it, Demarco has followed through on one of his many promises to date - his victims/clients are still in their homes albeit rent and mortgage free.

Ripoff Report along with the FBI and the United States Attorneys Office helped catch DeMarco and the slugs,however it does not look good for many of us who were scammed by these predators.

Ocwen along with Freddie Mac was going to try and "Help Save Our Homes  if Feasible"
Unfortunately  Freddie Mac nor Ocwen can offer any resolution or offer a new loan.

Rather than rehash this Scam ,all I am asking is PLEASE don't take my house or any of our homes away. Mediation is going to take place soon and it would be graetly appreciated if a loan can be offered so we don't lose our homes.

Anthony Demarco took our equity and also any cash back he gave us. Why do we have to lose our homes? Many of the Straw buyers received cash for our homes and also rent. Why can't someone help us ?  I will say it one more time PLEASE BAIL US OUT? I do not want to lose this home, I worked 30 years and 150,000 in equity was stolen plus 2900 a rent was paid.

United States Government  I am asking on behalf of us all Please Give us a chance to redeem ourselves and give us a loan so we can get back our homes.

Our credit may be destroyed but we paid Demarco and he took our rent and our equity.

It took the Ed Magedson and the internet along with the Fbi and our Justice Department to put Anthony Demarco behind bars.

Justice somewhat prevailed but while Anthony and 3 of the other slugs sit in jail,Biana DeMarco ex wife is spalshed all over the internet aka Phillys Fashionista,Biana has also been cited as being a strawbuyer in the alleged scam.

Than there is Tripper who worked for Demarco and was very much involved and also Donna who just happens to be Trippers mom. DeMarco and his partners recieved aka stole millions of dollars in equity and rent from the foreclosure victims,to make matters worse our homes were sold to "investors aka Straw buyers" .

The plot thickens, some of these straw buyers not only received a pay off of 10,000 or more many of the straw buyers also borrowed extra money against the loans. The title companies involved in this alleged scam also charged exorbitant closing fees and all the money from these closings was wired to DeMarco,REI.

The last part of this disaster is the banks do not believe teh foreclosure individuals should get a chance to save their homes since they did not have money to pay a mortgage to begin with so why would we have money now.

Ripoff Report has been posting exactly what DeMarco did and so have many reputable newspapers the Asbury Park Press,The Philadelphia Inquirer.   DeMarco and his partners in crime stole 11 million dollars from homeowners!!!

We were robbed,we paid rent,some of the starw buyers were paid off and no we should jsut lose the homes. Yes we were in foreclosure but our homes and equity were stolen. I am thankful DeMarco is in jail but for all the banks involved go to SearcH engine and Garden State Land and Title ask where all the millions went and what about the clsoing fees??

We need a bail out and if this could be worked out we would pay it back we don't deserve to be pushed aside. What about Biana and the straw buyers who received money from the homes taht were suppose to be saved??

Over the past 2 years we have learned about "good and evil" good being the likes of Ed Magedson,the great staff at Rioff Report our justice system who stopped Demarco and his slugs right in their tracks.

I am perplexed over certain issues and individuals involved in this scam: Don't get me wrong,we are so satisfied DeMarco was caught but there are still individuals who took a big part in the scam ,enjoyed the profits and are still living very lavish lifestyles with the money stolen from the homeowners.While Anthony DEMarco deserves to be in prison what about all the rest of the slime that forged signatures, sold properties,stole equity do they just get to walk away??? Justice should be served to all the slime involved in this scam. Anthony DeMarcos Ferrari was 242,000 .

I am once again extending my thanks to Ripoff Report  and our Justice system Anthony DeMarco is finally behind bars,this has stopped his treachery and stealing but as you can read from this report and all the Ripoff Reports from other victims burned by DeMarco and  for the straw buyers who did not get" paid off" by Demarco ,things are very bad for us.

Mr.Paolucci obviously was not one of the slugs but the banks involved in these rescue transactions are upset and just want the homes back,they don't agree the foreclsoure victims deserve any restitution since we did not have money to pay a mortgage to begin with which led us to DeMarco,Rei  and the banks are also upset because some of the straw buyers borrowed extra money on these loans.

Banks you must understand we the Foreclsoure individuals paid rent and than Anthony Demarco kept proceeds of six figures that belonged to the former home owners,some of the slime straw buyers were paid off so the foreclsoure victims not only paid rent to Demarco but also there homes were switched to the strawbuyers. Isn't this getting burned twice??? 

Banks,The United States attorney please understand: these homes are not just "houses" we in foreclsoure were trying to save the American Dream that we worked for. there were title companies involved in these transactions . Where did all this money go?

"Banks why don't you go after the title companies where all these tranactions took place. Where was the money sent from all the closings,the money certainly did not go to us.

Why do you want to amke us homeless.What about what was taken from us.

We do not want to become homeless,these homes were stolen by some very corrupt individuals along with our homes they stole our equity and our dignity. I am pleading for a Bail out so we the victims of Demarco do not become homeless.

There was a Bail Out For General Motors and they are doing very good now !!! Bail out the foreclsoure victims with a hardship loan,we will pay you back . Isn't this much better than the foreclsoure individuals becoming homeless.

I understand that some strw buyers borrowed money but don't punish us,help us save our homes.

For Mr.Paolucci,Roe,Valerie,Kim,Carlyn,Angel ,ex-employees,investors :Justice has been served by the U.S. Government,The Fbi,the Banking Commission ,the Postal Authority and Anthony Demarco along with 3 of his slugs are exactly where they belong in a cell to rot and think about what they did to us.

This was made possible by Ed.Magedson and his staff at Rip-Off Report.It is far from over but hopefuuly the homes can be saved. The 31 million dollars no one can account for,all that was mentioned was a Ferrari and Anthony Demarcos lavish lifestyle.

The facts in this report give the scenario that Anthony Demarco and his corrupt organizatiom orchestrated to swindle investors,individuals in foreclsoure and his employees.Demarco did cross state lines he started in New Jersey in 2007 and by January of 2008 he conveniently moved to Pennsylvania continuing the scam.

Demarco kept the proceeds from the sales of the homes and charged exorbitant rents.There was no Escrow  set aside for future payments or unexpected hardships,there was no credit repair.The proceeds from all the transactions were kept by Demarco . Hud documents are fraud ,the documents state we received cash value of the properties.Anthony and his accomplices said that money was being set aside for future problems.

We need help,we do not want to become homeless,these propertie have been stripped of all the equity,not only was rent paid the cash out from all these properties were stolen and the investors who were also swindled have no money and since the homes did not belong to the investors aka straw buyers we will lose the homes that we paid rent and the proceeds from all these homes was stolen and shared by Demarco and his corrupt partners aka Buzz,Eric,Biana,Garden state land and Title company,Kristen,Tripper and Anthony Demarco who is most likely enjoying the proceeds on some far away Island.

This is not a story,this happened to a lot of us.We need help,we do not want to lose these homes,that is why we paid Demarco rent ,the money he recived from the sales of thes homes was suppose to be set aside so we could be home owners again,not evicted . This is not fair,someone needs to step in and propose a Bail-out ,which we will pay back so we do not wind up in the streets.

This is not our fault,this report states how low down these criminals were,Demarco put the deed in his name after he used the investors good credit.I am pleading for help for us all.I am speaking on behalf of us all :If we paid Demarco ,we certainly will pay back the Government. The Hud Docs states amount to seller 150.191.30 this is fraud,nothing was notarized.Please help save these homes. Demarco not only kept the proceeds from the sales of all our homes he also took rent from us and some individulals received nothing at all and were just everntually evicted.

The investors do feel bad,but they cannot give us back what Anthony took,they now have ruined credit and are out of options. We were in Foreclosure that is why we signed up for Demarco and his non existent credit repair.

Many of the closings took place at Garden State Land & Title in Moorestown new Jersey ;these documnets state we received cash for the sale of our properties,we did not instead Demarco kept it .

I was advised I was going to be in a whistle blower case against Demarco and possibly get my property back .This did not happen,instead the individual who told me this will not even speak with me . I am writing this because you cannot trust anyone.

Everyone is out for themselves and they will say anything to get what they want. Do not become part of a Scam.There are many legitimate Government plans available now.

There are many law suits filed against Demarco Rei,that is because there are reputable attorneys who are trying to help their clients;unfortunately there are other lawyers that are only looking for $$$$ and do not want any part of this Scam.

The Fbi has been contacted in this matter,the prosecutor and the attorney general,yet as of April 2010 Amy from Parsippany new jersey was also scammed by Demarco and his Slugs.

The staff at Rip-Off has been allowing these reports to be posted since the scam began :I have no idea who I can trust or what is really going on,though i was contacted by an attorney for representation in a Whistle Blower case this never took place,though the loan officer was compenstaed by Demarco,rei.Demarco advised I could not have my reserves because they had to pay the loan officer such a large commission.

I am now in "'Limbo " the investor/strawbuyer was also scammed ,he is financiallly ruined ,though I paid rent of 2900 ,the cash out  of 130,000 was swindled away by Demarco Rei.

This is the scam Demarco and his Slugs used on each and everyone of us ,yet we are the ones who are about to lose everything becasue we can't come up with a mortgage ?

We cannot get a mortgage because the starwbuyers/investors were swindled and their credit is ruined,but we not only paid rent for these homes,we paid six figures to Demarco Rei for services rendered.(this was in the fine print****)

This situation is so frustrating,we need Help from the government ,our lives should not be taken away because of Demarco and his scam.: One investor told Valerie" The house means nothing to me" Our homes were stolen and stripped of all the Equity and our homes mean "everything "to us

Rip off Report has made it evident that no one is exaggerating,all involved with Demarco were scammed all except for the small handful of Slugs better known as Eric,Buzz,Biana,Candace,Jason,Trippper.The sitaution is so bad now,everyone lost.

The Foreclosure individuals are hurt the most,we had no money to begin with and now that Demarco stole all the cash out and all the homes are in foreclosure we are in eminent danger of becoming Homeless.What is even more ironic,Demarco managed to get rent from the foreclosure victims,keep all the proceeds from the closings and now the Foreclosure individuals are the bad ones?

Where did all thes funds go? There were millions of dollars from banks and Mortgae comapnies!!! I have copies of the checks and documents from Demarco,Rei I am sure all involved have their documents.

I think there should be a class action law suit against Demarco rei,I do not know how involved the Title comapny is or was ,rumor has it Garden State was owned by reputable individulas who had no idea they were dealing with criminals.

I am commenting to Stephen Paolucci and Gina,I along with you and so many others have been victimized by this Scam,I am in the New Jersey area but have also contacted the FBI.

The situation is bleak and things look very bad for us in New Jersey,the investors now straw buyers are financially ruined thanks to the shrewdness of DeMarco,what is being offered to us is impossible:Many of us paid large rents,received little or no cash out.There was no credit repair, Nu-Credit Solutions was non existent,There were no reserves,instead lies ,Forgery and now it is leading to possible Homelessness,we were in Foreclosure to begin with,as we recived menial or no cash-out on the property and the Equity has been stripped it is impossible for us to get a loan.

Banks,Mortgage comapnies are frustated they want the property off the books and want us out,they are now aware of the Forgery and the fraud on the Hud -1 documents:The documents we received from the Title Comapny state we received full cash out at closing.This is fraud and a lie and nothing was notarized.

The most important thing i want Banks,Mortgage companies and the Legal authories and Courts to realize: we were not looking to live for free,we were trying to get back that American Dream that we worked so hard for,we did as Demarco requested expecting hom to do his part.

We were set up after paying big rents ,more than the mortgage,the rent was paid because we were told we had reserves , and a lot of equity to falll back on.

I was told by Eric Havkin from DeMarco just pay the rent of 2900,if you experience a hardship you have reserves set aside and remember your home has so much Equity.

This is what seems so repititous by now,but what happened to all of us is a "Trap",if we were in Foreclsoure and Demarco was supoose to' Save our Homes " we would have paid a lower rent,got reasonable proceeds from the sale,the proceeds would be set aside and we would at the end of 1 year to buy back our homes.

What took pace instead is DeMarco kept everything,accepted the rent,never let us use the reserves or equity,If we could get back what was stolen from us,we could use those funds to pay the banks .

I am pleaing and asking if there is some kind of help legally taht can help us save our lives and homes.

1.  In March of 2009 Mrs. Jean Roe voluntary, without duress legally sold your property and entered into an agreement with Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI, which promises were made to you by Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI.  Mr. Paolucci had no knowledge of any agreement that was made to you by Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI.

2. On the same date of your contractual sale of your property to Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI, Mr. DeMarco intern legally executed a deed as Grantor legally selling the property to Mr. Paolucci Grantee whose financially and creditworthiness qualified and approved Mr. Paolucci for Mr. Paolucci for a mortgage loan.

3. Both the deed and the mortgage not were recently recorded within the counties records.

4. Mr. Paolucci has been the owner of said property of which you reside s the tenants under a lease agreement executed between you and Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI.

5. Since, your ownership was transfered to Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI legally, you have failed to make any or all  monthly rental payments as in your contract with DeMarco REI with the exception of a nominal $1000.00.

6. When Mr. Paolucci assumed the property, he retained the services of DeMarco REI as the Property Management Company.

7. Mr. Paolucci began receiving phone calls from the mortgage companies as well as written notifications stating that payments for that property have not been received  when there attempts to contact DeMarco REI failed, leaving Mr. Paolucci no other recourse, than to attempt to contact Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI himself, leaving Mr. Paolucci in extreme distress.

8. The various attempts of communication with Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI left Mr. Paolucci frustrated and victimized since, Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMArco REI made no attempt to respond to Mr. Paolucci's emails, phone calls, and text messages.  Obviously, and I am sure you Mrs. Roe you will agree, Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI never had any intentions as the property manager to make any or all of the mortgage payments that were under Mr. PAolucci name.

9.  When Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI elected to communicate with Mr. Paolucci he would act childless and immaturely by slandering Mr. Paolucci "similar to what you did" in your blog. using profanities defaming his professional and reputable character.

10.  Ultimately, Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI completely mishandled and or misrepresented funds and or rental income from you, leaving Mr. Paolucci in an absolute mess.  Not created by Mr. Paolucci, but totally created and mischievously designed by Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI.

11.  Mr. Paolucci never physically saw and or inspected said property and or Mortgage application documents.  It was Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI and it's staff who used Mr. Paolucci creditworthiness and income to qualify for a mortgage loan, so that Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI could sell the property to Mr. Paolucci leaving you as the tenant/occupant, with fiducially obligations to make monthly rental payments with which either Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMrco REI mismanaged the funds or you voluntarily elected not to fulfill your fiducially obligation within the executed agreement.

12.  Mr. Paolucci had no other alternative than to contact you directly in written form. Informing you of Mr. DeMarco in care of DeMarco REI's abandonment as the property manager, said letter was simply a formal request to contact Mr. Paolucci in order to have an amicable resolve to this "absolute mess" left on both yours and Mr. Paolucci lap.  Obviously, Mr. DeMarco's actions and the actions of DeMarco REI's staff can be classified as criminal and should be punished under local and Federal authorities.

The most paramount statement to be understood in this Blog is that Mr. Paolucci NEVER deceived you nor misrepresented any funds.  Mr. Paolucci wanted to make sure that your family was able to stay in the property without duress, at the risk of Mr. Paolucci creditworthiness, which is now an "absolute shambles because the trust that but you and Mr. Paolucci put into Mr. Anthony DeMarco and DeMarco REI.

Mrs. Roe for as long as I have know Mr. Paolucci, he would have been wiling to work out an amicable resolution to these issues, since the both of you were victimized by Mr. DeMarco and the staff of DeMarco REI.

As I have stated both you and Mr. PAolucci are the victims in this matter, and I am sure that other homeowners, just like yourself, were and will be again deceived by Anthony DeMarco if we all do not do something to prove that Mr. Demarco has deceived all involved.  I am sure other homeowners want the same justice as you do Mrs. Roe.  I hope that everyone involved that has tried to deceive the howowners as Mr. DeMarco and DeMarco REI, are to to justice and that you will find comfort and peace with the end result.
