democracy resources CONDESCENDING AND RUDE MANAGEMENT orange California
The area manager Alena from santa monica in california was VERY condescending, disrespectful, and angry person. One employee asked her a simple question and she threatened to fire him in front of everyone (10 people). He did not say anything, he barely spoke English and was a very kind person in his late 50s. Alena should be ashamed of herself for "working for a cause" yet directly verbally abuses an individual with no respect. I am appalled at your organization that hired this woman who treated employees as minorities who should "obey" her every word. She would have been good as a boot camp sergeant. Democracy Resources you need to straighten up and do a better job at hiring respectful human beings. Especially since you are working to empower democracy ideals....
