I read on the internet that you were looking for the author who wrote comments on your company to sue for such posting. Well, you are not sincere about your comment here. You are simply looking to find out who posted the comments. We have asked you many times to correct the issues and overcharges but you simply refused and you were nasty.

I have to say that the comments made about myself in this report are truly hurtful but, the way I feel is not important. What is important is customer satisfaction and that the person reporting please provide me with details about their complaint. Once I understand and am given the opportunity to properly address the issue; I am sure that my and my company's name will be cleared.
