Derma Luvente Online ordeered a sample of eye cream. Paid shipping.There was no paperwork that came with the order. Onlne didn't specify that after you received you would get product monthly. I never received any more product, but they have been billing my account for Charging for product I have not received. Hung up on me when I tried to get an address to return their sample. Internet
Saw the item on Facebook ad. I ordered the sample, paid 3.99 for shipping. Nothing at the time said it would bill me after a few days. I have tried to speak to them and it is difficult to understand and hear who you are speaking to . Asked several times for a supervisor and then was offered an address to send back sample. The address they gave me made no sense at all. Then a supervisor finally came online and rapidly rattled off an address in Georgia. When I asked him to slow down and repeat the address, he hung up on me. They have billed against my credit card $87.91 twice.
