Dermasoft and Purcell market products as a 16 day trial and then do not give the consumer the time to complete the trial.
Our trial was ordered on July 7th and was not (shipped) billed until July 11 and received several days later.
Our account was charged 89.99 time two on 7/23 12 days from the invoice so we could not try the product for 16 days.
We called immediately and were told we could only get a 75% refund. These are predatory tactics and should not be
allowed. A trial cannot be a trial without the procduct.
The invoice and packing lists also do not reference the 89.95 times two for a product that cannot be honestly tried out and the company cannot expect customers to stand for it.
The customer service reps were prepped for the outrage they must typically get. This type of behavior is aweful.
If the product is any good they should'not need these practices.

First, I would suggest filing a report with the Better Business Bureau, which I
have already done, they will look into what was done to you, free of charge.

Type in Company name and City - Guaranteed it won't show, cause they are operating Illegally.

Follow the instructions from there. It takes 2 - 4 weeks but they will investigate them.
There is also a site I filled out called - BBB SCAM TRACKER - take the time to fill
this out also. The more people the better, it dosen't matter how old your complaint
is. Do it.
If you have product send it back registered mail so you have a paper trail.
Understand they change web sites and phone numbers as soon as they feel too many
people are ON to them. So do it fast. I'm looking into the owners of this Large
Scale Scam and will provide the BBB with what I find. I am under serious money
Constraints, they made the mistake of scamming an IT Person.

My Credit Card Company told me they are doing this not to hundreds of people but
Thousands. Let's do something about them. Get your money back. I've been
reinbursed $89.95 yesterday. Not good enough, they still owe me $170.90, and I
plan on getting it and exposing them to as many people as I can, you do the same.
