Dermaessence Credit Card Scam Internet
I purchased the product trial. I used it and compared the results side-be-side with my normal skin care products. I DO NOT believe it provided better results and the cost was 5X higher than what I normally use. When I called to cancel future shipments, they ask me to continue the product trial for another seven days and I agreed. NO RESULTS. I called back and they continued to give me their sales pitch saying the product would continue to work over the course of months of use. I said NO I don't want the product. Their next step was to tell me they would sell me the product at a 40% reduced price.
When I said NO they went to a greater reduction. When I continued to say NO, they then explained it was going to cost me $68 to return the product and restock. When I asked to speak to a manager, the person I was speaking to said she was the highest person on the floor even though at each improved offer she put me on hold for a few minutes. Then I have $88 more taken out of my account for an auto ship I had asked tO be cancelled. After going round and round again with the same song and dance , I ended up with 50% of my money refunded on that. I'm hoping I lose no further money in this " free trial offer"
