DermaEssence I also ordered the product for only shipping and handling charges and was notified today they charged my account for another $84.75 with $4.95 s&h. Not only does the product not work, they trick you into thinking you are only paying the s&h charges to try Complete Scam!! They trick you into thhink you are only going to be charged S&H of $4.95 - not true! Unsure Internet
I ordered a product online for wrinkles because the company stated you will only be charged $4.95 for S&h - what they do't tell you is that you only have 14 days to cancel a "subscription" of this product. After that time you will be charged $90.00 each and every month when they send you a new bottle.The bottle doesn't have a location listed as to where its made - it only had Derma Essense listed on the bottle. When I rec' an email today stating they had charged my cc the $90.00 I called to get my money back. They stated I only had the 14 days to return the first bottle. So they charge you upfront the S&H of 4.95 then in 14 days they charge you the full amount of $90.00. I toldthem I wanted my money back - they said I couldn't get my money back since I was past the 14 day trial period. And to call them back when I receive the bottle they just shipped and they would "work something out" . I asked her what that meant and she said she couldn't give me any more information uintil I have that d**n bottle in my hand. Do not fall for this scam!!!!
