Worst of all of the trial anti-aging creams online. Cumbersome return policy with Shipping & Handling fees, restocking fees, providing tracking number, etc... Also they leave your cancelled account open until product received so consumer is at risk of receiving more expensive, ineffective product where they charge $84.75 and $3.95 shipping and handling every month there after. I tried to cancel my order & choose the return option (which is still much cheaper than buying the product at a discount)and before the woman would tell me how much it cost with a 50% discount to keep the cream, she put me on hold and started the process without my consent so that I could not ship the cream back to them. When I challenged her on this point, her name was Amy and she said she was a manager, she said that I had approved the process which was untrue
