DermaEssence DermaessenceSalt Lake City utah 84106866-496-9858 Humongous scam - most give free sample, you payingmshipping - this required payment for it after 14 days - never seen such before - I had specifically requested they NOT put me on list to keep getting cream every mth - but they did it anyway - I thought it would be nice to send to my daughter - I live on SS & cannot afford this. . I have tried to find the CEO of this distributor, as I have never been so shocked at what he did. It was sent free except for shipping charge. I thought it would be nice to send to my daughter. Well, I didn’t read the offer closely - nor can I find it anywhere. It said that if I wasn’t satisfied, I should notify them - or they would charge me full price. I knew that they would continue for me to keep getting the items, and I wrote to ask them not to do this - HAH! I don’t look at my bank statement that often and nearly fell flat on the floor - they have charged me nearly $300.00! My Social Security check is only $982.00!!! So I received a second package and they would not refund. Calling the number on nthe package just brins you to a person who just reiterates their rules.
