I just ordered this product and then did research on it, duh.  I came across the information of it being a rip off and so i cancelled my credit card right away (as i could not cancel the order).  Aprox. 2 hours later someone from Derma Juvenate contacted me to confirm the order and I mentioned that I had cancelled the order due to information about them being a scam "CLICK" the guy hung up on me, didn't even want to discuss any further............. Interesting.  I am very happy that i found this site on the internet and took the time to read it, as I have had this type of thing happen to me many years ago and even though they were to cancel the order, they continued to take from my card and when I went to contact the company the number never worked, resulting in me having to change my card.  I should have known better this time around, but when you see celebs promoting the product, you think it must be ligit.  Please be sure to do research before ordering anything on line, especially if it is free or a trial product, nothing is for free.

 See the information YOU read is VERY JADED!!! Let me explain. YOU as a consumer see an ad for that product. YOU only see the $4.95 price tag and you automatically make assumptions. YOU enter your payment information in thier system and YOU click the "I agree" tab WITHOUT READING the terms and conditions YOU are agreeing to. Then 14 days later per the T&C YOU agreed to THEY send out a new bottle of product to you and charge YOUR card. Now if YOU didnt read what YOU were agreeing to, whats the very first thing YOU are going to ASSUME?? Exactly, YOU would think THEY are scamming YOU when in reality each and every one of those online complaints comes from consumers WHO DID NOT READ the T&C!!!!! So instead of admitting that THEY made assumptions and DID NOT READ what they were agreeing to, its MUCH EASIER to place the blame on the company that is ONLY doing what the consumer said they could. So the guy hanging up on you is because of the sheer stupidity of the general consumer. MUCH easier to blame someone else then to admit to yourself AND the world that YOU as not only a human being but as a consumer screwed up. THAT is why they hung up on YOU. THEY are tired of listening to and taking the blame for the consumers stupidity. The consumer screws up and blames them then goes online and bashes them and people like yourself buy what is written as gospel. But hey why should YOU be ANY different then ANY OTHER consumer??
