Design Advertising Group - Bay Life Designs - Ocean Marine Designs - Ocean Blue Designs Professional Scam Artist!! Do not hire him for services!! Do not pay him any money!! HE SCAMS PEOPLE ALL OVER!! Land O' Lakes Florida
We hired Ric Fleming to improve our position on the web search for google. Ric came to our house and showed us code, showed us what he would do to make our website in the top five. He even showed us a splash page that he would create for my site. We wrote him a check for $289. Weeks went by and I heard nothing from him. I called and emailed him and I finally got a draft of a splash page. It wasn't good so I told him what I was looking for. Another couple of weeks went by, I had to follow up again. I got a splash page that I was happy with. This is where the work stopped.
After continuous emails and phone calls from me and my husband, we received no response. Finally, my husband reached him and he gave the same story he seems to give everyone else about his uncle dying and that is why he hasn't been able to return our calls or provide our services. He said he would get right on it and have it done in a few days. Well a few days, weeks, and months went by and still nothing. By this time Ric is no longer returning our phone calls or emails. We knew at this point we had been taken. After about 3 months, we contacted an attorney. We advised him that we had contacted an attorney and he had 10 days to refund our money or we would be taking legal action. Of course, he said he would refund our money and we have received nothing!! We are now looking at taking criminal action against Ric Fleming. He is intentionally scheming to defraud people and he needs to be stopped. I know a class action suit is currently being put together.
I hope others who have been scammed by Ric Fleming, Rick Fleming, Richard Fleming, or Fleming Merlo will notify someone so we can work together to stop him from scheming other people.
