Detaxify has a very weak and disorganized CPA, John Zandi (who very often fails to call his clients for weeks or months on end) and one Closer, Brad Levin, who robodials liens scraped from State and County websites and pitches people with a IRS Tax Lien.
John and Brad continually break National Do Not Call laws. Brad has been doing tax resolution a few months, nothing more. So, his actual knowledge of the tax code is what he’s read, and learned from John Zandi, which doesn’t say much.
