The Salesman Chris Clark did a Bait and Switch the model from the car I drove.  I order an ECO Chevy Cruze and he switched it to a LT.  They took the car in to wash it and I was signing the contract.  It didn't have the model ECO or any model name on the contract.  I hate the LT the gas mileage is awful.  The ECO was the car I test drove and put $3000.00 down. When I realized that it was the wrong model I took it back the next week.  They wouldnt do anything. I talk to the manager and she wanted me to upgrade into another car.  But when they did the contract I was losing $6000. So I had to keep the crappy Cruze LT 25.9 miles per gallon.  I had told the Salesman when I drove the test ECO I need the MPH 42 because I drive 500 miles a week.  Now I am stuck with a car I hate and bad gas mileage.  Everyday I think about why the Salesman lied to me and gave me the wrong model.  I am stuck driving and paying for a car, for 6 years, I hate.

I will never buy another Chevy and that is all I have drove for 40 years.

I called the Chevy Corp and they did nothing either. They gave me a compliant number gee thanks a lot.
