Hello!
I am shocked and glad to have googled this person's email before doing anything.
This person has advertised a 2009 Chevy Malibu on Kijiji for 4,500. I thought it was too good to be true... and it is!

I emailed this person and got a reply back looking exactly like YOUR email:

Hello,
I am very glad to see that my 2009 Chevrolet Malibu LT is
drawing so much attention, I received a lot offers in a relatively
short time for it. Let me tell you a few words about my Chevrolet. The
general condition of this sedan is excellent, very well maintained, no
damages and no mechanical problems, the engine runs and sounds awesome,
with no cosmetic complaints really worth comment. The tires are in good
shape. It has the 2.4 litre EcoTec motor equipped with a 6 speeed
automatic transmission that can also be shifted manually with the
paddle shifter on the steering wheel. It is XM and OnStar ready. The
interior is clean with absolutely no flaws other than the normal floor
mat dirt. The exterior is very clean as well with no rust or major
damage. I have the title clear ( under my name ) in my hand and the
Chevrolet is ready for it's next owner. The Chevrolet Malibu has 74,451
km, year 2009 and VIN# 1G1ZH57B794128805.
The price of this beauty was reduced to
$4,100 (URGENT SALE) as I need to sell this Chevrolet before August 28
when I will leave with my platoon back to Libya and don't want it get
old in my backyard.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Diane Martin
Note:
The car is certified & e-tested. MVI until March 2012. If you are
really interested and want more pictures and information, do not
hesitate to ask

Hi,
Yes, I still want to buy your car. I did reply to eBay with the question as to whether the money was expected in Canadian or American funds and I haven't as yet gotten a reply.
To be totally honest, I am not comfortable with this situation. The agent doesn't seem to be tied to eBay in any way: a name with an address in Italy and a fax number. Does this not concern you? Maybe we're both being scammed...
So, here is my proposition. Give me the address in Quebec where the car is located, and I'll drive there myself tommorrow. It's less than 3 hours away. I'll confirm that I want the car and I will transfer the $5000 to your personal account on Monday morning. All I need is to go to a local branch with your transit number and account number and prestomundo I can deposit as much as I like - but I won't be allowed to take any out. (Actually, if I knew how to do online banking it would be even easier - I could deposit into your account online and you'd know immediately.)
Then you can confirm the deposit and have them ship the car to me. Neat and tidy. No middle man. Everybody happy. I'll have the car by Friday next week at the latest.
I've gotten a headache over this. I'm going to bed. Look for your reply tommorrow.

Can you confirm that the $4,900 price is in Canadian Funds? I'm asking because I understand the car has not been registered in Canada and presuming it's from the States. Also, is it 'normal' for agents to be situated overseas in Italy? Should this be raising my suspicions that | might be out about $5,000 when I send this to a person overseas? Can I transfer funds over the internet and avoid having to fax to yourself as I don't possess a fax machine?

Nicolette , I want to know if you received the payment invoice from eBay. I've been in contact with them and they said you should have the eBay confirmation already in your email. Please look in your bulk/spam/junk email folder because it's possible to receive it there. I want to know if we're really interested in buying my car, because eBay have told me that you did not reply to their notification. I need to know if I should cancel this transaction between us, and start looking for another buyer , or you need a certain period to pay the trailer.
Please give me an answer as soon as possible
Sincerely,
Diane

Does anybody believe she is for real? Won't know 100% till I either 1. send the money or 2. Say I will drive to Quebec to see the car TOMMORROW and then she can give me her bank account number for me to transfer funds into and she would have cash in hand on MONDAY August 15th without any delivery waiting period. I bet I get no reply! let's see shall we?
research tells me - eBay handles no transactions for anybody selling outside of eBay. I got this on AUTOTRADER! also - DAS (the real movers) - don't HOLD vehicles that are not already SOLD!
