One thousand dollars was issued to Daniel Roubicek to create and design an ecommerce website for my business. He told me it would take no longer than a month to create, and that it would include the following: tasteful design, a point system, credit card processing, discounts, promo codes, and the opportunity for customers to save all their information upon purchase, this way they do not have to fill in their information every time.
So far, it has been about 4 months and Daniel has been unable to connect the credit card processing which basically makes an ecommerce website, an ecommerce website. He also did not design anything original for my business and he simply used a FREE format off of website called wix. He even went as far as have me look up fonts to use on the site. Isn't that what I paid him for?
He claims he did 13 hours worth of work, which is why it costed me $1000 ($75 per hour). I find this very hard to belief when, he did not design anything. All he did was add simple products (under 20) and copy and paste information I emailed him. Also, most of the changes he made to the site were done right in front of me in just moments during one of two of our meetings.
I would like 65% of my money back, and he refuses to comply. I should be receiving a full refund, but to avoid court I made him that offer. He claims there was a verbal agreement, however he was unable to perform the basic tasks necessary for my site. He failed to mention that he cannot connect most credit card services to websites, and misled me to believe I would be completely satisfied.
Unfortunately, Daniel is very untrustworthy and is difficult to work with. I do not recommend him and I strongly advise against him. He did not design anything, and did not connect the credit cards. Those were the concrete things he was paid for, and he did not complete either of them. When trying to reach him to discuss the problems at hand, he denied my phonecalls for 4 days.
He also never explained that $1000 might not have been enough to get me what I wanted. Instead, he failed to mention any other option and led me to believe everything was attainable at that amount. He is a conartist. He also claims to have given me a terms and conditions which he did not, and he has no paper work of me signing anything of the sort.
For over a week he said he was going to send information to me in regards to the site via email, and has yet to do so. He is not a man of his word. When you meet him, he seems very friendly and easy to work with however, it is all one big lie. Do not be misled and make the same mistake I did.
Lastly, when confirming his business address, which happens to also be his home address (to serve him court papers), he then became very aggressive and threatened to have his dog attack me when he recieved no such threats. Due to the mistake of putting trust in Daniel, I have lost 3 additional months of my time and the revenue I could have been recieving during hat time. I deserve a full refund and payment of some sort due to the time lost.

My defamation comment was to the post of being gay lol. And I NEVER take all the money upfront. I take a 50% deposit and tge rest due upon completion. Don't listen to something just because someone posted something on a sote. You seem to have way too much time on your hands. Id recommend getting a life lol. That post was from over 2 years ago and I still havent been taken to court bc the post is pure bs and they know it. Small claims filings are public information so if you don't believe me check it out for yourself lol. Ive been doing this for over THREE YEARS now and this is the only complaint. Geeee I wonder whyy lol. Ask the hundred other successful clients I have if Im trash lol. Theyd beg to differ. If you would like their contact information feel free to email me and I will give you a list of sites I have made and the contact information. You seem to have enough time on your hands to do so loll. Good day buddy.

This is not defamation. He doesn't make any statement about you or your service which he can't prove to be true and all I read was a consumer point of view regarding his experience with your service. Just a note: every web designer or programmer that I've wver hired in my entire life completely finished my sites BEFORE I ever paid one red cent. Do you know why this is Daniel? It's because they care more about me as a customer than taking my money for half a*s work. A note to the original poster: 1. Take him to small claims court and sue him for time lost in revenue and check out Elance because I found all the best programmers there and that site backs the work of their freelancers so you don't have to deal with trash like this.

Just read this complaint lol. It is clear defamation. Its not even in proper english and who writes about sexual orientations in a business complaint? That just shows how fake this is and it is someone just trying to ruin the business. Ripoff report should be ashamed of themselves for even allowing a post like that on their site.

All i have to say that danny is not a business man he is such a un proffesonial person!! you have to do all the work for him to create a website for you?? i never heard of that before? he is a faud and liar i would not deal with him..everytime we call he is always in a meeting? lol he wishes he could be a big business man but he cant handle the big boys down in brooklyn haha..plus he is g*** so becareful to guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but i will not ever give him a dollar..please people stay away he really is a con artist..plus he has pending lawsuits that are coming up for him he doesnt even know..but will give him the heads up!! he always wants a check writen out to him and his girlfriend? you need to pay taxes my friend!!! i will call the irs on him as well to tell them what kind of business he is running without paying taxes..so good luck buddy!! hope all the people you ripped off you will have to pay back in court fees!!!! big J*** O**...moron F****!!!

Ive been doing this for almost 2 years now and there is a reason this immature, steroid couple is the only report my company has. Yes its a commercial address. Ok? My office is floor 1 and my house is floor 2. Two different entrances i might add (you cant get to the 2nd floor from the first it is two seperate apartments). Its called keeping overhead low. If all i need for business is a computer why would i rent an office? Do they have an office? No! But these uneducated teenagers would know nothing about that. Thats why they sell steroids. Check out their website purifiedpeptides.com. Yes i totally agree i couldnt get them accepted for a merchant account because they sell CHEMICALS. So they went to their cousin who LIED on the paperwork to get approved. I do not lie on my paperwork sorry guys. the only threat that was ever made was from "his cousin who called me saying he'll come to my apartment if need be if they don't get a refund. A refund?! The site was built! You couldnt get approved for selling chemicals. Sorrrrrrry But thats not legal. But what else can i expect from two NJ steroided out kids. its impossible to make everyone happy but look at my track record, they are the only one filed because i do great work. They just cant handle the business world. Sorry guys, best of luck I know you'll need it lol.
