Direct Air Vacation cancellation after 7 months of booking Myrtle Beach, South Carolina
Booked flight from Buffalo to SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO in April 2011 for my family of 6. The flight was scheduled in March 2012.
Direct Air notified on December 20 of vacation cancellation, without any alternatives provided for another destination. Only offered refund in 14 business days.
We are extremely disappointed and it's too late to find any deal for a march break vacation with my family.
