Bank made a error ,was told on Friday January o9 2015 @2:15 pm that the funds. Will be. Credit back to. The account,after the bank fades over a,letter that states my name ,direct express the amount time and not funds collected on the bank letter head and the teller name and number.  Everything complete that day .none done over the weekend so on Monday January 

12, 2015    revisit the.  Bank.  And present it and call again. This time talk to Sarah.  I did they didn't allow third-party so. Had to disconnected the. Microphone, but Friday. They. Spoken with him,   After. Speak with.  Numerous of people. Nothing

Never got solved , I still haven't. Got my money and. It's. Almost a week.

taken them and the bank days to undo the mass they cause ,But its back and forces gas and my voices everything work out nolonger deal with that bank . but still having great issues with direct express . never if you can used this service i going to look in to dropping them to many hurman errors

Direct Express, taken about 4 days to  return my money . But over things got work out and i got my money .
