I made a purchase for a cabaret spa from directtohomeappliances.com on 05/28/2010. The sale representative assured me that it would take 3 months for the hottub to be produced then delivered once payment was received.
My check was cashed by directtohomeappliances.com on 06/03/2010. The company is still giving me the runaround today (02/07/2011). It has been very difficult to get in touch with them, and phone calls do not get returned. Directtohomeappliances.com will not refund the $4545.00 for the non-delivered merchandise.
Directtohomeappliances.com continue to give me absurd delivery dates with no intentions of the spa being delivered.
