On 16 May 09, I made a final payment to Direct TV's webside after canceling my service for $26.93 due to their poor service.
On 8 June I received a letter stateing amount is still due. I called customer service & spoke to Rachel who told me the payment was received & to disregard ltr.
On 28 July I got a call from a colection agency saying $26.93 is still due.
On 29 July I called customer service & was told to fax copie of bank statement showing the payment. Faxed copie of stm on 30 July.
After not hearing from them, I called on 19 Aug. John in finance stated he could not find any faxed letter nor any record of payment.
I am getting nothing but a run a round from Direct TV.
