Direct TV Direct TV Bait and Switch Nationwide
When wanting to upgrade to HD, Direct TV promised us that we could get a new receiver and HD service free for life when we stated we were going to DISH.
When we got the bill, HD was only for 3 months. When we called they fought us tooth and nail. We threated to leave the contract, and they threatened us with a huge cancellation fee.
Direct TV will not honor their agreements. Do not do business with them! If you do- it's at your own risk, as they have proven to be a decietful organization.
