I ordered the "free" starter kit from DirectE-Cig, thinking I was only paying $4.95 for shipping. When I received the kit it did not have any company or billing information or terms of agreement included which should have sent off a red flag. After forgetting all about it (had not even tried it out) for a couple of weeks I see that my card was being charged $109.00 for a refill which I DID NOT order!I called customer service and spoke to a very rude customer service rep that didn't even know her managers or the owners name. She said that the 14 day trial period was over and that there was no way I could get a refund.

This company is a rip-off! They scam people into thinking they are getting a free trial of their product and then bill you one day after the "grace" period. If they truly believed in their company they would not have to do such despicable tactics in order to get business. VERY MISLEADING ADVERTISING!
