I am writing to warn everyone out there that has an account with usdirectexpress.com, do not use these people they are thieves!  I am currently on disability and receive social security payments through these thieves!

I was in the hospital for heart problems and was unable to have access to my account.  When I discharged from the hospital I checked my account that night and it was,  the balance correct.  The next day (before I was to get the money out for my rent)  I called directexpress and could not get access to my account, the recording kept saying my pin number was incorrect.  I checked my numbers on my phone and my pin numbers were correct.  I  callled again three times,  all with the same recording saying my pin did not  match my account and did I want to change my pin number.  Well after calling a total of four times  I then proceded to change my pin  when I got my balance it said that I only had $3.43 total in my account.  The evening before my account balance was at $1,123.00,  I still had my card with me it had not been stolen and I did not withdraw any money!

I then called directexpress,  and spoke with a rude customer service agent and she then told me that the money had been withdrawn during the night.  When I told her that I had not taken any money out  of  my account, she stated  "well I can't help you, we don't have the info. on where or when the money was taken you will have to call back"

I  called the next day and  spoke with  another customer representive and  he told me that the  money was withdrawn on sunday morning at 2:00 am in  Canada  $1006.00  and at 3:00 am  $96.00 dollars was taken from my account in Chicago Ill.   I currently live in San Diego and have two witnesses to prove where I was on the night.

I then spoke with a Supervisor who said they could register a dispute for the money.  Also, he stated that the company  did not have to refund one dime of my money!   I  have asked for a copy of my account be emailed or faxed to me so I could go and report this theif to the police and was told that they could not do that.  I  then went to directexpress web site and it won't let me in!  I have tried many  times to  have  access to my account and it won't let me go on-line.  I have called the company several times and they promise to have some web tech.,  call me  back,  but it has been at least  three days and so far I have not heard from them!

I went to Social Security and they said they could not help me.  So they are stole my money,  they will not speak with  me or return any of my calls!  I have no access to my account and can't go to the piolice as I have no proof!

My warning goes out to anyone banking with these crooks!  If they can steal over a thousand dollars out of my account, then they will do it to you.
