I came across the voucher when cleaning and wanted to comment, though late. I want to add beware of anything from the post office: 734 Franklin St., Garden City, NY 11530. And If you can't call and talk to someone, don't. No physical address, don't. And check BBB and of course check here.
This company ripped me off of $400.00 in 2004. I bought vouchers for my company. Lucky for me, no one requested the vouchers from my website or I would have looked like a scam. This was the only address on the voucher no number. PMB 685, 734 Franklin St., Garden City, NY 11530. Now I have to sample vouchers offered. Before I offer to my guest.

I signed up on line about 2 years ago off of onlinepaidsurveys.com to become a secret shopper. I paid $20 to The Guest List because they said if you sign up via this special Internet promotion that you would receive 2 free airline tickets. This company then actually did send me a Reservation Request Form packet in the mail a week or two later. My check was cashed not long after I sent my money in. Because I had received the Reservation Request form in the mail, I assumed this wasn't a scam. It said this form was valid for up to 2 years and gave me a list of places I could go and ranges for prices of hotels in those particular areas. Everything looked legit. You had to fill this form out, send in to the PMB 685, 734 Franklin Avenue, Garden City NY 11530 address when you were ready to book your trip and they would either e-mail or fax you the price quote for the trip with your airfare tickets booked so that you could accept or reject the offer. It said the quote was only good for 48 hours which was why it would be sent e-mail or fax. I mailed this in on 3/3/06 and I haven't received an e-mail or seen a fax come through. I am HIGHLY disappointed that this is not for real. This was going to be my 5 year anniversary trip, so any action that could be taken on this would be appreciated.

I was searching for another company and came across AmCAF. I worked with AmCAF and did not have any problems. When I e-mailed, they always replied in a timely fashion. None of my customers complained to me for not receiveing their tickets. I did quit a while back because I am not a born salesman. I would also like to add that someone who has posted a negitive for AmCAF, has also made trouble for me a while back. I have since had to change my mailing address and e-mail. Someone also posted here using my name/town info. It is one thing to drag your name while putting down a company, but please do not use my info in place of yours. Disclaimer: I am not endorsing this company, I am only telling you my experience with this company.

The post from Tellian was part of an attempt to blackmail the company. She actually mailed a letter threatening that we should pay her a large sum of money or she was going to bad mouth us on the internet. She also stole from the charity that Jeff founded. She collected donations and never handed in the money. And she also made up fake vouchers and sold them online. She is a thief and con artist. A criminal investigation was in the works. But Jeff decided not to press charges. Tellian is a young woman who was in way over her head. She agreed to make up for the loss and she was supposed to have this post removed. Jeff has donated a significant amount of his own personal money and time into AmCAF. He has never profited one cent from it and does it out of the goodness of his own heart. The Guest List is not a scam. They process over 200,000 vouchers every year. And every single one of them gets what they are promised. If you don't then you have not followed the instructions. But all you have to do to correct it is just to send us an email. If you have a voucher and did not send it in because you read one complaint you are being foolish. We cannot help you if you are not going to do your part. Also, the terms on the voucher are there for a reason. If it says it takes 8 weeks to process, you have to wait 8 weeks. It does not mean we are a scam if you don't receive anything in just 4 weeks! And if it says we only accept US funds, that means if you send us a check from Canada, we will NOT process it. It does not mean we are a scam.

I signed up to the 'expresspaidsurveys.com' and paid my registration fee of $34.95 (unlimited membership) to be able to take part in online surveys for cash. In the last two weeks I have filled out an array of surveys and questionaires with personal details for the various listed companies, which are apparently required to set up personal portfolios, so that the companies can decide which surveys are suited to the individual, but so far I have been offered NO paid surveys. The Bonus' that were offered were two free air tickets to any destination and a further $500 cash bonus and all I had to do was send a $20 or combined $30 cheque to the following address; The Guest List PMB 685 734 Franklin Ave. Garden City, NY 11530 My first querie was to get advise on how to make payments in English Sterling as I did not have a US bank account. So I emailed [email protected] Their response seemed fairly ligit; Hello M, Western Union offers money orders with the funds "drawn" from a U.S. bank. It will actually list the name of the bank right on the front of the check. Since you do no have a U.S. bank account this would be the best way to pay your $20 processing. Joey Marx massMarketingProgram.com Support Please do not delete any part of this email when responding to aid the tracking and resolution of this issue. I was till slightly suspicious of sending my cheque to what appeared to be a non-business address in NY followed by a nagging feeling that 'nothing can truely be for free' so I emailed their helpline with my query below; Dear [email protected] Why is the $20 cheque, that is required to reclaim the '2 bonus air tickets worth retail $1600' , sent to a postal address in NY and not transferred directly to an express paid surveys account? Do express paid surveys have a service such as 'pay pal' where money can be transferred over seas electronically.? Being a non US citizen, I would have to use a bankers order which would cost anything upward of 15 (approx $30). Regards M This email was sent three times over a period of 2 weeks and I have received NO response. (so much for their 2 day response promise) Thankfully, I did not send my cheque and having read the various statements on your web page, I do not intend to. I have already potentially lost a $34.99 subscription fee for a service which, to date, hasn'nt paid out. Many Thanks for the warning.

So I guess I was duped too. I was all excited about doing some online surveys for cash, so I signed up for paidsurveys. They promised me that I would receive 2 free airline tickets a vacation and all kinds of other stuff. When I went to claim my "FREE" things they asked me a question about paying rent or mortgage. After I answered that question I got this email that said that if I signed up for automatic withdrawal from my bank account for some marketing test, I would receive $500 bucks directly to my bank account after 3 months of being on the program. I guess they intend to withdraw my money and never pay my mortgage. If The Guest List is a scam then I guess that getting paid for surveys is also a scam. I guess my husband was right and now I'm gonna have to crawl in there and admit it to him :(.

I signed up with www.surveyscout.com who claimed I would get 2 free plane tickets to anywhere in the world. I followed the conditions to redeem the tickets and sent $20 to: The Guest List PMB 685 734 Franklin Ave. Garden City, NY 11530 My check was cashed and I never received any tickets. I would like some advice as to what I can do at this point. Thanks.

Good day, I also made a "donation" to this company. After bugging the company for somewhile, I received some mail with a sheet to fill out, on where we wanted to travel and for how long, saying that it was valid for 2 years. I have yet to turn this in, but after seeing all thse reports I can see that I have been taken. It really hurts that I was scammed like this. The tickets were going to help w/ our honeymoon. Well, what should I do? and will I ever be able to get some tickets or is my money just plain GONE?!
