Directv, has a new charge of $25.99 for Equipment Charges? I have been on the phone 5 times and received 5 different
reasons why They have charged my account the $25.99 The last customer rep I talked to told me now that it is a new charge for HD tv that will coming in the future? I have been transfered from person to person and been hung up on everytime i have called except for the first call to CSR and being told this charge will be credited to my account then being told that there was a mistake and i will be charged Now they care calling my phone 4 times a day and requesting I call there CSR number? How can a company charge your account at will??? there contract stated they can increase there bill but now where does it say they can make up a new category of billing and start charging there customers?
