Wow. In reading the rip off comments here I am amazed -- it appears that the folks who have had trouble are not having difficulty with Direcway (or Hughes, who I think just bought them out) -- but are having difficulty with their local vendors and installers. The server, dish, installation, etc. we had was great -- less thatn two weeks for all of it to be up and running. We live in a rural area and this has been a godsend for business and school.
