Ordered Chiavari chairs from Larry on August 14, 2012. Wire-transferd the whole sum on August 16, 2012. He did not deliver as promised. We lost some money as a result with a client due to the unavailablity of he chairs in time.
Very hard to get hold of now. He promised to get the chairs delivered thereafter and reimburse for the lost money. This has not materialized yet. Now does not answer his phone, does not respond to messages or to email. Finally an associate got hold of him today with very nebulous answers, and indicated the chairs were delivered to the wrong address in Texas! The order is to be deivered to Missouri. After reading the material on this website I am skeptical that this is a true company.
This needs to be investigated for fraud by the authorities.
PAID IN FULL - Customer Paid with confirmation of Chairs and Refund. Plan on doing additional orders with Customer. We take the blame for the delay in delivery.
