Discount Gold Brokers, Mike Berman, Katherina Dayer, Lee Dayer Discount Gold Brokers took my money and has not delivered goods as was told. Sherman oaks California
I ordered 500 silver eagles from Discount Gold Brokers on October 29,2013 and was given a 2 to 4 week delivery date. I went to my bank and had the money wire transered the same day. It is now Jan.9,2014 and no silver. I have talked to Mike Berman on a daily bases requesting a refund or the product shipped or even a shipping date. Mr Berman just says we need to get you shipped,but will give no dates. It is pretty plain to me at this time Mike Berman is a liar and a rip off. he has no inttentions of shipping any produce and has cheated no telling how many people out of their hard earned money. Bet his mother and father are real proud of him. Discount Gold was ordered to stop doing business by the State of Calif. Department of Coperations on April 15,2013 but continued stealing from people long after this date. If you have been taken by this bumb you might want to call or write the LAPD, Attention: Detective Dennis Derr. Its time Mr. Berman and his partners in crime need to do a little time.

The last time Berman accidentally called me back, he said that Lee Dayer hasn't even been with the company for "at least 6 months - he's long gone, so quit asking for him"... These are the WORST kind of people & we need to band together & put the D.A., FBI on these creeps before they fly the coop. They are counting on people just giving up, dying, not prosecuting, etc... I DON'T give up & have already got the law involved. My hope is that Berman gets about 5 years or more. I have never been ripped off like this before. Some tried, but I ALWAYS got what I was due + lawyer fees + "a good spanking" in damages. I talked to some other jerk there who asked 'WHO" when I asked for Lee Dayer. Lee treated me right more than once & was the same with my brother's order. I wonder if Berman put Lee down a well & is simply ripping everyone off that order. Does anyone know a 'satisfied customer' - I'd sure like to hear about even 1.

Still do not have a shipping date after calling every day for the last four weeks. I have ask for a refund and was told today by Mike Berman I was NOT going to get one. Said he was going to ship, but could not tell me when if ever. I will exhaust all efforts to see that Mr. Berman gets what he rightfully deserves. I can not believe our laws can not stop this guy from taking money from hard working people.

I dug further and discovered that we have recently issued an enforcement action against Discount Gold Brokers, Inc., on April 15 of last year. The “Desist & Refrain” order prohibits further sale of commodities to California customers. Please feel free to advertise the order against the company as you see fit. You may reproduce the actual order or provide the link to our website where it is posted: dbo.ca.gov/ENF/pdf/2013/DiscountGoldBrokers_dr.pdf.
As for current customers with grievances, the best advice I can give is for individuals to file a complaint with the California Department of Business Oversight so that we can further our official investigation into the company. Our complaints page is at dbo.ca.gov/Consumers/consumer_services.asp.
