Discount Locksmith Prokeys Scam Company, set up to lie and steal your money Chicago, Illinois
"Discount" Locksmith or Prokeys, not sure how many names they have..is set up to give clients wrong estimates for their services, leaving people with no choice but to pay the locksmith more than twice than the estimated price. For example: How much will cost me to unluck my SUV? Around 59 dollars. Actual Amount 130.00 dollars after service has been delivered in less than 2 minutes.
The locksmith wasnt surprized to see our reaction to the bill, Im sure he goes through this every time he gets a customer, but once he delivered the service what can you do? Calling back the company was a waste of time, they say it was just an estimated, but the thruth is that 59 was only for the service call to dispatch the driver.
There are several complaints about this company and the very same issue, however, they are still on business
